About

Hi, I’m Mochi. I was adopted by @danielhoang and @thucnghi in October 2009 from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine’s Orphan Kitten Project. I lived in Davis, CA until March 2010, when I moved to Seattle, WA. The Pacific Northwest is great. I enjoy bird watching, sleeping, eating waffles, getting in people’s way, bothering my human companions when they are working, and hugs.

Hi, I’m Pippi. I was adopted in May 2011 from The Itty Bitty Kitty Committee. I enjoy playing with Mochi and exploring all three levels of the house. My favorite is the attic. I like climbing in all nooks and crannies of the house.

Hello! We are the parents of Pippi’s siblings. Formerly known as Norma and Thurston, their forever names are now Binka (norma) and Saucer (Thurston).
It sounds like Saucer and Pippi are ALot alike! he is a crazy flurry of energy, too. and then when he quiets down he is very sweet and likes to cuddle. We were also laughing when Laurie forwarded your post about Pippi playing fetch because that’s what Binka loves to do!! runs in the family, I guess. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and Pippi’s brother and sister say hi, too.
Best,
Katy

Katy,
Thank you for the update. I’m glad that Binka and Saucer are doing well. I spent some time with them when I went to pick up Pippi. They all fell asleep in my cat carrier. Pippi is incredibly energetic. I rarely get scratched by Mochi, but since Pippi moved in, I have scratches all over my arms and legs. She likes to climb on anything, including limbs. :)

I think this litter has very dog-like traits. Pippi is always finding her toys and bringing them to me. I would throw them and she’ll bring it right back.

Please send my best to Binka and Saucer. Please keep in touch and hope to hear from them again.

Daniel
